Shop Policies:
• All items come exactly as pictured if pre-made. Resin palettes are all unique and will never turn out exactly the same as someone elses.
The standard processing time for non-custom orders is 4 days although during times when I receive a large number of orders I may need additional time to package items, label them, and drop them off at the post office! Please allow a maximum of 10 days for your order to ship! Custom Orders take a minimum of 7 days to create and I will go in order by when people order, I post videos on Tiktok almost daily with progress on orders. If you have questions on how long your order is taking please message me.
• I do not offer returns at this time. However, if you receive your order and are unsatisfied or find anything wrong with it, please send me a message directly so that I can work with you to try and find a solution. REFUND POLICY
If an item is broken, a full or partial refund will be offered so long as you notify me within 24 hours of receiving the item and it's returned in a week's time. I am not responsible for paying for returning shipping.
No refunds will be made for mistakes that were not made on my part.

• I do currently offer custom palette orders. Please message me to discuss a custom order and I will let you know if I am able to do it!
• All orders come with a free tumbled or rough crystal. All pendants come with an 18" or 20" chain depending on the weight of the pendant or a black chord.
